We are seeking a Sales & Client Services Representative to join Yacht Network, a North American yacht brokerage. This is a remote position based in Canada.

You will be a first point of contact for buyers and sellers, respond to inquiries, follow up with clients and support our yacht brokers through each sale.

We are looking for someone organized and personable who is comfortable working with clients and learning new software. A passion for boats is a plus.

We are seeking a Yacht Broker with previous experience in yacht sales or a related industry (automotive sales, recreational vehicle sales, real estate sales, etc.). This is a 100% commission independent contractor position.

While some home office work is required, much of the time is spent outdoors, walking the docks of marinas and yacht clubs, aboard boats, and with other people who are passionate about the yachting lifestyle.

Each broker has a designated and protected territory, so we share best practices and strategies without having to compete with each other. Though we expect a Yacht Broker to cold call and generate leads, we invest heavily in online marketing and provide tools and resources to help you generate sales.

We are looking for an energetic self-starter who wants to grow with our business. You must live within 45 minutes of the territory you are applying for.

We are seeking Yacht Showing Specialists with some sales experience and a passion for boats. This is a part-time independent contractor position, paid per showing.

You will assist our yacht brokers by showing listed boats to buyers and acting as a face of the company in your area. Generating listings is not part of this role.

It suits someone who wants to grow with the business and may want to become a broker down the road, or a dedicated boat lover who enjoys working with buyers.
